is tanalised timber ok to use as borders or for raised beds when i want to grow edible stuff in the beds?
i've heard its not so good to use shavings/sawdust from tanalised timber in compost because of the chemicals so i'm wondering if the same applies to making beds with it.

don :)

Up to about a year ago the timber had a content of arsenic
put in to it with the treatment but that has been changed now.
You should be OK with that now.
