Hey - Doris, your squashes go up, not across - wow :o

Can you do that with other varieties or just the one pictured? Anyone else got anti-gravity squashes? Mine are currently taking up half of lawn in back garden, still, less to mow.... :)

I have lots going up.  The bush varieties don't, as they stay as bushes, and i don't grow any of the big pumpkins up as I have no way of supporting the monsters that develop!

BAGGY

What's that stripey monster.  I have those too from gifted seeds.  Not eaten them yet so I'd like to know what they are best for.

Thanks E-J, I'm definately going to try growing squashes up instead of across next year, otherwise won't have room for all the exciting things i want to try :D

Yeut that looks great. :D

Wardy yes they are, and they taste delish! So much of them to get through too! ;D  ;D
(was going to save some seed if you want some, but be warned, with the squashes being so promiscuous we could end up with jumbo pink chioggias!! ;D ;D ;D)
