Has anybody here ever made sorrel soup?

My plant seems to be in overdrive!! :o

I've made sorrel sauce but not soup.  Bet it's nice.  My sorrel went a bit mental so I chopped it back but it doesn't seem to have reappeared.  Ooer.  I think it's sulking. Hope so  :)

I don't believe I have ever eaten sorrel.  What does it taste like?  And nobody say chicken!  ::) ;D

It's lemony EJ.  Good as small leaf in salads.  Quite strong so only need a bit  :)
