So who's going to see the Wallace and Gromit movie, which is set in allotments with a mysterious thief?!

Have been waiting so long for this film...I'm so happy it's nearly here, if I had a dog I'd call it Gromit too.

I have been to a house where the dog's name was Gromit..

The dog's owner was a very elderly lady...it made me smile  ;D

The funniest dog's name I came across was 'Smiffie'... I asked the owner why they called it that.

"Well, just look at it what else could you call it"?

Yep,   It was the scruffiest little dog you ever saw in your life.

I knew someone who had a dog called Dave and another called Steve...it just made me giggle when he was talking to the dogs.

Mememe! Love the fact they had to bring an interpreter in for the Americans.
For myself I am an optimist - it does not seem to be much use being anything else.

Your post reminded me of the rather well-to-do lady who called her dog Fido.

When her friend said "that's rather a common name isn't it"?
She replied.."Oh NO,  its spelt Phydough"
