Matt, sister droppped hers down the loo last week!!  :o  :o  She found out she was covered by her insurance she gets with her bank account! Her new phone is arriving tomorrow. Maybe worth checking?
We don't inherit the earth, we only borrow it from our children.

I dropped mine in my drink once and took it back to carphone warehouse and they changed it for me even though I didn't have an insurance policy, though I did flutter my eyelashes and work my girlie charm! shameless!  ;)

Waggi. I have an older vodaphone pay as you go  that you are welcome to.(FOC) I only have a phone for emergencies and wouldn't have dreamt of buying a new one BUT my 10year old grandson gave me a modern one. The vodaphone is complete with charger .I will put it on charge now just to make sure all OK. PM me with your address if you would like it. regards Lorna.

My old one went the full wash cycle in the washing machine.  We stripped it down ........washed with plenty of fresh water.  Dried with hairdryer and left on radiator for a day or two.  Then recharged it and ...................yep it worked..no probs.   Only thing was the ring......sounded like a drowned cat ;D
Take time to stop and smell the flowers.

i put mine through the washing machine..more than once I hasten to add. take the cover off and dry everything with a towel then let it sit on a radiator somewhere. I did this left it for a couple of days and it worked good as new.

If you switch it on while its wet it will short circuit and the chips inside will break, so dont switch it on waggi!
I LOVE OP AMPS!

I also flushed mine down the loo like a twerp. The battery was banjaxed but the sim card was fine after leaving it on the radiator - so you may not have lost everything!
For myself I am an optimist - it does not seem to be much use being anything else.

If your sim card is not working there is a fab offer on in tesco at the moment. They are selling sim card only packs at £2.48, and you get to choose 3 numbers at half price so txt is 5p and calls 10p per min, plus you get £1.00 on the card of calling time.
Bit if a bargain, have just got one for eldest son who is getting ready to go to big school.
