You have two choices Honeybee either pick them off and squash them or spray them.

Ahhh thanks, i will try and pick them off first, but if i was to spray them what would i use?

I have the same on my carrot tops - been totally minched! I keep catching them on the soil looking like they are standing on back legs looking around like meer cats.

They get squished!
Keep getting worried that the stuff I grow will taste nasty - or turn out poisonous!

honeybee

All squished ;)

Thanks for the advice, the simplest method is often the most effective ;)

Now what can i take for bakc ache?  ::)

I find a nice cold glass of chardonnay in a bath of radox helps! ;D

What I did I used them strawberry net and bamboo stick to hold the net to cover all my vegetables. To prevent them caterpillas. It save you a lot of time to pick them out. Can spent more time on weeding ;D ;D
Hope you can see this picture clearly ???

Found having a patch of Nasturtiums near by to distract the Cabbage White butterfly which is probally what the catterpillars you have are.  They lay eggs and the catterpillers feed on the Nasturtiums  instead.

I've got an old bottle of Crop saver, it works well and lasts for ages (you only need about 20ml to make up a litre of spray) Dont know if you can still get it though...
