Never had it before. What do you do with it? what does it taste like?

Really fancy growing some of this, this year.  Is it too late to sow some seeds?  ??? busy_lizzie

Sow till July.

Cook? I like to steam but Wife likes to boil. Whatever, into colander & squidge out all moisture.  Cook stems a bit longer, in small pieces - or do a Spanish sauté with garlic & lemon?
Or roulade or soufflé?

I like the sliced stems raw in salad. But then I eat dandelions and nettles...!

Coincidence Tim, I have bright yellow chard with my bangers and mash for tea!  ;D
