Hi to all, please can you do me a favour. Just took this image at the end of my garden. Sorry not sure what it is ?
What I'm trying to do is see if there is a difference in the quality of the 2 images. First image file size is only 25KB, second one 39KB  Is image one a lot worse than image 2 ?

Japonica?

Certainly the big one is easier to read - at the expense of many seconds scrolling. Need a bigger cinema!

Dirkdigger

Sorry Tim, the second image posted was the wrong one. I have ammeded my mistake. Sorry.

I thought it looked like a quince

Which is a japonica?

DD - difficult, but I would just give it to No1 - the bottom left corner seems to be the best place to see it?

Palustris

Chaenomeles form. Lots of different named ones, True Quince is Cydonia japonica. Cannot see that much difference in the images, but at least neither required horizontal scrolling which is one of my main annoyances! Spped? about the same and as fast as any other images.
Gardening is the great leveller.

Second picture looks sharper.

They all look gorgeous, can't see any difference in quality. ;)

This last image today, a small plant in a plastic pot. Is it a primula ? This is a tight crop from the original image. Colours not really touched.
