Today is a special day. My OH has his 70th birthday, (how did that happen)? We're both surely still in our forties . I went to Weight Watchers, just to get weighed & I'VE ONLY GONE & DONE IT. I'm now at my goal weight. What a great feeling, 4st 8.5lbs lost.

Thank you everyone for your good wishes . We both had a really lovely day. Youngest daughter had some 'cricket themed' cup cakes made for OH, bless, he thought that was his pressie & was delighted. The real pressie was 2 tickets to a one day international at Old Trafford with daughter in September. The look on his face was a picture when we said 2 tickets. He thought one was for me . My cricket days were over long ago. I only went to impress before we were married . Pre WW days I would have scoffed as much cake etc as possible so it was nice to be 'in control' .
