Which toms to put outside?

My greenhouse is quite shaded so I'd like to put some of my tomatoes outside (when the weather improves!). I've got Orkado, Ailsa Craig, Sungold and Super Marmande. Which do you think would do best outside up here in Yorkshire?

Here in the East Midlands I always put a few Ailsa Craig outside - the skins tend to be tougher but I get a good crop though they do need very good staking. Hope that helps, I haven't got experience of the others you mention.
