Very happy today.I have been offered the sweetest little Allotment ten minute walk away.£15 a year.

I recently declined one that had no water and marestail so thought I would have a long wait for something else to come up.

I have a private Allotment at £100 a year.........five mile drive but a lovely site. Will be hard to say goodbye to it but
have finally got one that ticks all the boxes.

The other good news is the old gentleman who had a lovely veg patch right out the back of my house in our communal area has moved on.It is now mine so all my salads and herbs will be right outside the door.

Previous to all this spent a long time growing on little scraps of land so the message is dear reader that all good things come to those that wait LOL.  ;D

Cath kidson

Save your money, just stick all your flower seed packets on the wall. I earned some brownie points with a Cath Kidson handbag I gave to the yeti. She still has not realised it was a knock off from the market ;D

Congratulations on your patience - delighted to see it has paid off very well.

An excellent time of year to be a new plot holder too.
Good luck!!  :)

So pleased that you have your new little plot. Pictures please ;D
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Nice one Bet, just the job with a 10 min walk.  :D
MAY THE CORN BE WITH YOU.

Lovely to get a plot near home.  I love mine and don't even have to have two sets of tools as it is easy enough to carry what you want to and fro.  Well done.
