Rose Water

Last AlanT's programme, Love your garden, had a method for distilling Rose Water. It used a large saucepan with an upside down lid and a bag of ice, to drip the condensate into a bowl inside the pan of boiling water and rose petals. Clever and easy. Not sure what to do with the rose water, though!
