Still no rain here and no sign of it. ::)
Smile, it confuses people.

Had quite a heavy shower here in Enfield, north London but now it has stopped and sun is out, so off to the lovely allotment I go.

I wanted to finish my paths off today, but its been raining steadily here in Leicester all morning.

So instead of moving barrow after barrow of wood chips about I'm going to have to pop to my favourite nursery instead!

North Wiltshire's just had a couple of usefull showers, now the sun's trying to break through.   Luverly stuff!   Cheers,   Tony.

We have rain... on and off... not sure we hvae enough yet to make the ground workable again...  :-\

Just one brief but heavy shower at about 1.30 pm but sunny now.

Welcome but it needs to hiss it down for a week to have an effect on the garden.

One shower in about 6 weeks...it's starting to look desperate here. CLoudy today but nothing falling...
2012 - Snow in February, non-stop rain till July. Blight and rot are rife. Thieving voles cause strife. But first runner beans and lots of greens. Follow an English allotment in urban France: http://roos-and-camembert.blogspot.com

We've had quite a few heavy showers today and it's piddling down now, I wonder how wet Borlotti got, no laughing at the back there please.   :P ;D ;D ;D
MAY THE CORN BE WITH YOU.

A few very brief light showers here everytime you think that there will be more it stops off.

Just enough to get the weeds excited.

sheet rain, thunder and lightning. to heavy just running off the ground not soaking in.

lincsyokel2

third heavy shower of the day here at the moment.
Nothing is ever as it seems. With appropriate equations I can prove this.

We need more of it the poor Farmers will be skint if they don't get their rain, :)

Borlotti

OK, Kev, went to Morrisons instead to buy lovely toilet paper, that him indoors eats, or whatever (24 rolls a week).  ;D ;D Cooking dinner, and the sun is out so maybe a quick walk, or 2morrow.  Sun is out now, but it always rains at 3 o'clock when children finish school, or it always rains on Monday when they have the steam engines, whatever in the Enfield show on the playing fields, normally a flood.  Hopefully enough straweberries 2morrow for jam. We had hail today at 3 o'clock.  Cats want to go out to do a poo.  A day without the allotment is a wasted day.

We had some heavy showers this afternoon, but we need a lot more. A good thunderstorm would fix it, as long as it doesn't cause a flood.
