I would remind him, perhaps suggest it is a next week? But wow 52 years is a very long time.  I am just coming up to 40 what a ghastly thought.

I thought my OH has remembered Valentines day but the florist is a friend of his and gave him the last few flowers before they went on hols.

Perhaps you could give your OH some flowers so he can give them back to you.

I did remind him yesterday but today is another day!!

I  made a cake that I only make on rare occasions a sachatorte, he asked what the occasion was and I said it was for tomorrows anniversary.. he looked at the calender, collapsed laughing and said..wrong, it is today.. I can't win!!

Never mind, we had the hugs.
