We've had 3 days of completely cloudless skies then the cloud covered the moon in the middle of the night, still, a naked dance in my thick jamas and slippers wouldn't have quite done it  ;D

Luna eclipses are like buses, none for a while then 3 come at once, I'm assuming 2094 is the next time one falls on the winter solstice?

My littlun' (for littlun' read 24) said he was awake at 6.45am and the sky had a nice orangey pink tinge to it :)

I did go out looking for the pink moon, but was not visible from here.

Still, passed the shortest day, days are getting longer.  Time to start thinking of what we're going to be growing. ;D

Darn,  I didn't see this thread until it was too late.  I could have gone out down the village with nothing on but my wellies and danced to my hearts content.

I did notice that there were about 15 people at Stonehenge when I went out to get some shopping yesterday.  I thought they must be mad visiting the stones in this weather.  They weren't naked though!   ;D

Out there at 0630hrs and by 0638hrs the darn thing had been hidden by the cloud.
Oh well have to be in a coffin by the time it comes around again. Dont think I will live to be over the 130yr mark unless the medical technoligy is in place for most of us. ;)
