As allotment supervisor, I have plot holders coming to me all the time but still wish to remain anonymous.  Most of their grievances are easily rectified by having a discreet word with any "offenders" where applicable.  Keeping the status quo can be challenging at times but mostly just needs an application of common sense.

Is your mole stirring things just making waves for the sake of it or adding 2+2 and getting 7?
