Well it does for me  :D Yesterday I sowed 1 or 2 seeds of the folowing -

Blue Kuri, Blue Ballet, Boston, Festival , Crown Prince , Futsu Black, Galeuse D'Eysines, Lunga Di Napoli, Little Gem Rolet , Musquee De Provence, Marina Di Chioggia, Potimarron, Pink Banana, Queensland Blue, Rouge Vif D'Etampes, Red Kuri , Snowman , Sucrine De Berry, Sweet Dumpling

Some great new ones to try (thanks to great swaps) and a couple of my new favourites  ;D I just have to figure out where they will all go ........

Some nice ones there! Red kuri and crown prince are my favourite. We are also growing potimarron this year on recommendation from half our allotment site.

That's good to hear about the Potimarron as its new for me this year  :)

my uchi kuri and butternut are just showing, still got potimarron, hooligan and golden nugget to go  ;D

I was going to read up when it was the right time to start sowing, now i know ;D

It's about 8 weeks till pumpkins and other tender stuff can go outside here so I won't be sowing for another few weeks yet.

I have Atlantic Giant and some other giant pumpkins as well as Escollope, butternut, and other squashes. The list will be more precise when i have sown them ;D

^ i have dills atlantic giant myself this year so looking foward to the results

growing 3 plants in a well prepared bed,limiting one plant to one pumpkin,the other two 3 maybe 4

had good results from hundredweight before,had nice large pumpkins so there a safe bet
