And the next thing today is - don't buy large or very large eggs - they're painful.

Surprised??

Robert_Brenchley

I had one a while back, and I wish I'd taken a pic. I was buying jumbos, which are so big they barely fit in an egg carton. This one was easily double size, and single yolked.

Don' t, please don't,   --  wobbly eggs !!!   can't cope with wobbly eggs when

there cooked,   not in their shell too !.    If I kept chickens [ which I am thinking about ],

what can I look forward to   ----    come on spill the beans !?  .             :)

eggs with no yolk, ones with a soft shell, get hold of it and your finger goes through,  pooey eggs (don't wash until you're going to use them) ;D
don't worry, they're few and far between, and it can be sorted with some grit..don't let it put you off, they're well worth the effort  :)

   Thanks Miss Whiplas,

Are there test you can do   ---   float them in water ?   etc,

Sorry -- truly ignorant on this !    ::)
