What are greens?

Was wondering as I have been buying them lots lately, what plant are they actually?
They do not look like a cabbage or a kale, so are they a specific plant?
Might need to grow some for next year!

Generally unhearted up pointed cabbage or collards which is virtually the same thing.

Spring Greens are as said unhearted Cabbage but general greens may even be some kind of Chinese Cabbage or Bok Choi.

Who knows. ???

When I was younger,adults would say "eat up your greens" :)think this was just a generic term for all green veg.

I still think cabbage. :)
