See here;

My first plot is the one with a strip of fleece covering the bed (top right).

I also have the next plot below it.

our house is great, within the last 12 months, our plot's at least 4 years old  :)

Google Earth's a bit more up to date I think - but still fun!
For myself I am an optimist - it does not seem to be much use being anything else.

Mine is outlined in blue, it wasn't originally an allotment, which is why it is on the "Wrong" side of the  road and had never been cultivated.

If anyone needs a hand finding thier plot just leave a message here or send me a PM  :)

Google earth is only showing the plots as of 3 years ago when we first took them over. Waiting for the next scan (next 3 months) which might show a more up to date image but yours look ace!!

For our area Google earth has the oldest photos. The most recent are the birds eye - from the South I think since I can make out the JA's but the runner beans have gone, but it may be the East because the plot is bare and could be the winter before or the winter after.

Agree Google earth at least three years old since it shows our plot before we got it

cambourne7

my plot is marked as my profile location not sure if you can see that.

bupster

So's mine, but not very accurately! The actual plot is about three plots lower than the marker and you can see the blue tarpaulin I had over the shed and all the black plastic I had down the summer before last.
For myself I am an optimist - it does not seem to be much use being anything else.

Rhubarb Thrasher

bird's eye view of me in cyberspace. I've got the bonnet up on me old Mazda, so it could have been taken on just about any day in the last 5 years! Spooky
