I've got one or two flowers out, but that's all. Just spotted the first snowdrops at the weekend.

My flowering Quince has produced blooms but it's a bit foggy down here now to take a piccy :)

Only two out of hiundreds. Both from a caucasicus clump which always comes into bloom first.
