Well I am back online, thanks to the usual NHS cancellations as of yesterday pm,so I will be around..don't ask..it is just too ruddy frustrating. Thanks to all who wished me well when I thought I would be off line for a while.

I will go and have a read now to see what more I missed.

I have a pre-op assessment next week - but have been warned that it doesn't mean that much - only that they will be able to place me on the short notice list (6 hours to admission). Back at the beginning of May I was given an advance notice of perhaps October for the op. itself. Wow - the wonders of the NHS!!!

when i had the big H 7 years ago them putting it off was all i worried about ! i had to organize my jobs and homelife fof the next 8 weeks at least which included cancelling craft fairs and booking some for when i hoped i,d be fit. all i would say as i came around after was "i,m so happy" over and over
i just messes peoples lives up so much i am sure it just makes ill health worse

may be just as well it has been delayed all the new doctors have started this week, also cos of this many routine operations have been delayed
