Has anyone grown Big Banana peppers. Mine are about 15" high. I have to pinch them out now do I?. According to the packet they produce up to 50 per plant and I have 10 plants. Hope my Tone likes his peppers

Don't know the variety, but I have never pinched out a pepper.

I pinched my peppers out and they've bushed out beautifully.  ;D

I'm sure - but why do you want a plant more than 24" wide?

I hope mine don't grow that bloomin wide cos we won't get in the greenhouse. Am seriously considering planting some out

I have come to a decision. I'm going to put half of the peppers out on the allotment and I am also going to pinch a few of them out just to see the results. Will let you know the outcome.

I sometimes pinch out the tips of the ones that I'm going to use primarily as ornamentals e.g.  Poinsettias, Bolivian, Orozco ....

Yikes. Mine not that wide yet Tim! Just been to measure and the biggest at his widest is still only about 8" across. Just got lots more flowers now.

my BB's are still quite small, bit worried about my spacing now in the gh  :o
