HI Guys,

I bought an organic  'Onion Squash' from Waitrose before christmas and have harvested and dried the seeds.

If anyone would like a few to try ( no guarantees if they will come true to type but good chance if they have been commericaly harvested with other onion squashes )

"Onion Squash, so called for their shape and have a size and appearance not too dissimilar to Buttercup Squash. They are best roasted and seasoned to tease out their earthy and nutty flavour"

Hi All,

Last lot of seeds will be in the post tomorrow so you should have them very soon.

Hi Louise,

I wouldn't mind trying a couple if you have any to spare still, is there anything you need in return and do you still have my address?

Louise, your inbox is full, I will post my reply here to save typing it again ....

Hi Louise,

I don't have any seeds but I can root a couple of sprigs for you and post them, I have bog standard mint and some chocolate mint (not much culinary value but smells like after eights - I keep meaning to try it with ice cream)

I haven't checked the mint bucket for a while but assuming there is still some above ground I can start this off over the weekend if not I will do some when it starts growing again.

Let me know if this is of interest.

sorry its a little clearer :-)

The onion sqush arrived yesterday, thank you very much.

I have been out to the mint buckets and managed to break off a couple of good bit with roots for you, they will be in the post tomorrow (in a polly bag with a damp tissue) hopefully they will survive.  The bigger bit is the ordinary mint and the smaller bit is the chocolate one.

Hope they get to you safe and well
