We gets lots of butterflies and moths on our allotment site (Suffolk), especially in the wildlife area, where we grow plants to attract butterflies.  We've also planted (about ten years ago) a sea buckthorn in the hope of attracting Brimstone Butterflies but we haven't seen any yet.
However, today I was doing some tidying up on my allotment after a weekend of rain and strong winds, and I saw the most beautiful butterfly I have ever seen and one that I had never seen before.  Came home to look it up to identify it - and its a Camberwell Beauty, which is quite a rare butterfly in the UK.
Going to take my camera up with me tomorrow, in the hope that it may still be about.
