amazing, and just a little bit daft!

Do you ever get used to it? Does it ever cease to be exciting and amazing?

I was pricking out my leeks yesterday and was amazed to find they looked like mini leeks, they smelt like leeks. No really? Leeks smell like leeks and look like leeks. I'd never have guessed.  ;)

I'm always amazed when these little tiny dried up things turned into spectacular plants and even sometimes give me lovely things to eat. I cannot describe to you all (but I'm sure you know) how happy and excited I am about the coming spring and summer!  :D

Am I daft or does everyone feel like that?

Just as mad aqui.  Up in the greenhouse today chatting away to my 'babies'  So much is coming up, or is up and out already!  I have had to make room in the greenhouse so I have been hardening up things that can take the weather, but can protect them if necessary, so I have filled the greenhouse with even more!  hoorah for spring!!   ;D

Looks like I've gone a bit mad this year but it's my first full season with a decent greenhouse. I spent last night building another frame for trays. That's both sides full of shelving now. Wait until I start pricking out for real! I better see to a couple of coldframes today.
