What can it be used for guys?

Well my 15 year old washing machine has finally given up and gone to the big scrap yard in the sky. I have kept the drum after ripping it out with my bare hands. I know some of you guys have ideas on what to do with this bit of equipment. So now I have one what do I do with it ?  ;D

Plant a tree in it -supposed to constrain the roots of those (like figs) that need constraining.

I used one for many years as a garden hose reel by screwing it to the wall; the hole was useful for storing hose accessories. Later I used it as a pot for a banana plant but had to cut the rim off to allow for repotting. ;D

would it allow air in  if yes you could use it as a small compost holder the only problem ithink would be you would have to mix the contents up
