We all share an interest in gardening and allotmenteering but I wonder what other interests or hobbies people have? What do you do when you're not at work or at the allotment? :)

Read, study (Biblical Studies and theology), preach, try to keep my local Methodist church together, keep bees, collect ancient coins, mainly Roman.

ACE

Motorcycling, folk music, morris dancing, sea fishing, scientific research into the effects of over-indulging with alcoholic beverages.

Still testing, (excuse the pun)

Walk my many dogs. Go sled dog racing with my huskies and alaskan malamute. Look after 4 cats. Look after 10 tropical fish tanks ( soon to be 11 ). Listen to my favorit music ( Status Quo ). Boozing at home or on the lottie. ;D

Will have to substitute garden for allotment.  Other interests? Keeping in touch with my far flung family by wonderful email and pics. Also avid reader, love biographies and  books on Royalty. In the winter months I like to do my decorating, have been rather lazy this year (old age creeping/galloping on) but intend starting early in the new year. Oh yes and I do love listening to my type of music, Anyone for Bette Midler, Barry White. Judy Garland, Rosemarie?????

Derekthefox

Music, specifically guitar, cooking, and exploring my new found friendships ...

Lorna I like Barry White as well :)

Joji, I've always wanted to ride in a sleigh pulled by huskies, sounds wonderful, where do you live, I assume not in the UK?

Gardengirl, what kind of dolls do you make?

If anyone has photos of their creations that they'd like to share I'd love to see them in the gallery or even post them in here. It's fascinating to hear what other interests people have, some are quite unexpected and unusual. :)

If you ever can or do get over this way you are quite welcome to come and have a ride. Winter time only as summer is rest time for them. ;D

Joji, I never thought of someone in the UK with huskies and sleigh etc. that's wonderful. I'll definitely look you up if I visit Wales again, thanks :D

Gardengirl, those are lovely! Are they knitted, my computer screen isn't that good at picking up detail so it's difficult to see. :)
