From this to that in only....well never mind ,it's taken me ages. I gave up for a few months sickened by the rubbish, especially all the shards of glass. The aquistion of some hens has given me a new lease of life and this is what I've been up to..

Blimey, that's impressive! And slightly shaming... :-[

Oh wow, you should be really proud and pleased with your efforts. It looks amazing now.

Great Stuff Heidi  :)  I like your brick path.  Hope the  chickens are well  :)
I came, I saw, I composted

Heldi

Thankyou Rob,Aussie and Wardy.  ;D

Rob I have purposely not shown you the rest of the lotty. It's a tip.

Aussie all chicken advice is welcome. I don't even know the right questions to ask yet! They are about 5 months old now. I have six. Think they are fab and would eventually like some more.

That brick path Wardy, came about after digging up the foundations of the old greenhouse, which was underneath all that rubbish. There was so much glass on that spot that I got sick and thought stuff it I'll put those bricks over the top of it. Eventually I'd like the path to reach the hen pen and go around it .

Tulipa

Wow, well done Heldi, that looks like lots of hard work, you should feel well pleased with yourself.

Heldi

Thankyou Tulippa!

A few weeks ago I felt nothing but depressed about my lotty but now I'm feeling alot more positive and feel like I'm actually getting somewhere now. As long as I don't look at the rest of it for too long though!

Not much can be added to what others have already said BUT congratulations, you must have worked your socks off.  Hopefully  you will be able to ease up a little next season. Like the chicks ;D   Lorna.

Wow! Heldi, I am well impressed.  You have done wonders to that plot, especially having inherited such a nightmare of rubbish to cope with.  Love your chicken shed, it looks great! Well done!   :) busy_lizzie
