I have 1lb which should be enough to introduce this to a number of you in small amounts for seed saving. This bean deserves growing.

Manteca dwarf French bean - Chilean heirloom suited to drying
Cherokee Trail of Tears (climber)- Named for the 'death march' in the 1830's, purple pods, good drying bean
Runner Bean Desiree - dried white beans are indistinguishable from butter beans

If any of the other varieties listed here http://www.allotments4all.co.uk/yabbse/index.php/topic,13989.0.html are of particular interest, ask, I may be able to spare some.

I'm not particularly looking for swops but if you have aything uncommon particularly flowers ( wild or natural is good) I'd be interested. Otherwise I'm happy just to send them anyway.

Stupidly high germination rate too. I must have thrown away about 200 seedlings without any noticeable difference in the amount of seed left.

Could I please have a gherkin seed or two (never tried them before so really will be a trial) and a couple of celeriac if at all poss.  I dont know if I have anything flower wise you would be interested in (you sound far too professional to me to be interested in anything I have to offer) But I will post / pm what I do have.

PM me your address Baffy and I'll send you some National Pickling gherkin seed. Start them off indoors like cukes but they'll produce well outdoors then. I only planted two and the first picking filled a chip shop pickled onion jar. Very productive.

If possible could I have some of the San Marzano Redorta? Don't have many flower seeds at the momen but am awaiting some with my seed order, only asters if you are interested. I will look in my hut tomorrow to see what veg ones I have left too.

DJ hi there,

Would you have an anasazi bean left?  And maybe a gherkin or something to pickle?  Or even a Jaleno chilli?

Would you like plants instead of seeds for your new bog garden? 

I have been splitting out my Schizostylis coccinea (Kaffir Lilly).  Also have some pretty drum stick primulas, can't find the label at the moment but will go look in the daylight!

Ellkebe - I'll have more San Marzano Redorta in a couple of weeks once I've saved some more seed, by which time the anasazi should be with me too. I'll send some along with Desiree as soon as possible. The eccremocarpus looks really nice if you can arrange any.

Flowerlady - anasazi will be fine ( I've actually got 2lb on order which should be enough to supply the whole forum ) and I can always find gherkins and Jalapenos for someone with kaffir lillies and drum stick primulas.

If you'd both like to pm me your addresses, I'll send as soon as the anasazi arrive.
