smoking chillies - chipotle

have quite a few chillies hanging around at the moment and wondered if anyone knows how to smoke them. I checked out the site that Tim mentioned in an earlier post but no luck.

You can buy smoking bags from Lakeland (on line) but I don't know anything about them  :)

Thanks Tim..but that requires an actual  smoker....it did sound good though. By the way Tim, still trying to put pic of corgette up, still seems to be a problem with my account,have asked Dan about it :(

Lakeland weren't selling smoking bags a few weeks ago when I wanted to order some. There's a place down Cornwall that sells them. http://www.seriously-good.co.uk/products.asp?sltid=43

Dry 'em out, crumble 'em up, wrap them in a rizla and light.

Wardy......got the smoke bags from lakeland and smoked them for about 2 hrs
(bit longer than recommended) put some in a pasta dish that night....great result! will dried the rest for later ;D

Redclanger....do wonders for a cold!!! ;D
