Yo peeps

have to say acu so far is dead brillll

had nice lady chineese lovely geogous peep stick color co=ordinated pins in me... that
was dead nice that wuz...
she stuck 3 in each hand/wrist and 2 in me feet and one in my chest... and tell you what so nice and peaceful.... lying there semi naked and time and distnce just stood......so stilll//// then I had to turn over and have dead wierd thing dun to me back... suction cup things.. but cuz I couldnot see what wuz happening.. jus gave meself to it.... and first thought that came into me head wuz.....

this is wha it must fel like when you gets abducted by aliens

farout but big stress day wiv wifey and still no ciggie..... yipeeeeeeee I iz such a good nonsmoker now I iz @@)

But - there's only one cure - wish. If you WISH to chuck it, you CAN - just chuck it - no prob. But if there is only a wee bit of 'I'm being robbed of my rightful heritage' remaining, give up!

That's from experience of quitting after 50 years of up to 40 per day. And remember - if you can go ONE day - you can go TWO - or THREE?

Pubs are tricky places to be, tho. I'm an 'occasional' smoker - and in the pub with my friends is my occasion - every time. Fortunately my drink problem means that it doesn't happen very often..the drink problem I've got? Can't afford it. ;D ;D ;D - Lish

dun the pub..no problem.. tell ya this is good.... haventhadto twiddle me ear yet,, no withdrawal... enegey feel so high and in tune...in step with all... and the experience wuz out of this world... totally recommend it to anyone who like me wuz married to the nicotine..

gonna practice me tai chi now...

like a tiger I iz in chineese thingies purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

18 months wuz the longest I lasted bck along... and cracked up then so definate need to be aware and nice sexy xhineese lady peeep told me that if I smoke a ciggy the I will smoke again andneed more acu.. but thinks this time is the real thing... honestly very ancient and spiritual medicine.. also doc is trained in both western and chineese medicine....

I feels so goood and mahn no withdrawals.. NOT YET ANYWAY BLINKONG BLONKING BLANETY BLINKITy.... neeed to twiddle e ear.. nah not really.. havent twiddled for ages :)

Hey Oz, we both quit 5 years ago when we decided it was time to populate the earth with 'Ava' sprogs! We didn't do it at the same time though, when we tried, I nearly killed him! But in no time at all we were bragging that it was 3 months, then 6! You know what I love the best about not smoking........how nice my teeth feel all day long! I didn't notice before how yucky and furry my teeth used to get. Good on ya Oz, keep up the good work!! ;D

also fels good to be a non smoker... similar to being a gardener.... love the garden I do..... blinking blonkng blink...jus realised..... I get to smell everything nexy year

Sound man, so good to not be a smoker now.... ben trying for ages.. patches gun zyban even doc gave me prozac none of which worked... tell ya this chineese medcine is really good stuff. aint going to me docs no more...
only get tablets which effect the chi mahn... and my chi is dead high and groovy.. now wheesme carl douglas record.....

Good on yer Oz. When I had acupuncture, many moons ago, in Rodney St in Liverpool (well in a surgery in R. st. not in the street itself if you see what I mean) it was way out. I was so spaced out, that I sort of floated back to the train, dreamed to my station and then had to drive home from there in a most mellow mood. Treatment worked though. It was for migraine and I did not have another one for at least 5 years after the treatment. And none as bad until after I had meningitis. Am going to try it again soon for my back. Keep up the giving up. I did it years ago, no sweat, because I wanted to very badly (and I spent the money on a big greenhouse so I could not start again). About the only time I feel nostalgic for it is when I smell Holland House pipe tobacco.

pubs now total crap.... b4 all day opening.. yes agree.. havemany fond memories of old bill trying to raid pubs on sunday afters,,,, till going a bye byes and the fuzz in twizz cuz they didnt bust us.... now nothing beats being in the pub when its not allowed to be open... you know how much a game
of pool is here in the town.... 4sqidleys a game?

you must have a nice local Lish.. but having said that the pubs down the docks here do rock
but are like ghost towns during the week.
