I have seen it with two tommies but never with courgette.

Don't know Ina, am yet to eat it.  Have an abundance of courgettes at the mo!  I will let you know when I hack it up!  ;D

Had it roasted on a home made pizza last night, and I can now report, there were a few seeds in the flower end, but that was it, just flesh the rest of the way!  YUMSKY!
