i almost voted for #12 but would have like a tighter crop (imo) on it so it was concentrating on the bike

I voted for number 2 because it's a beautiful flower captured in a beautiful evening light.

I didn't send a pic in either cos the only decent one had already been seen by A4A members.  I liked the Mallards.    Smiley Smiley Smiley

It was so, so hard to pick a fave this month.....my mouse was hovering over 'that' then moving to 'that' but hey! 'that other' was a beaut too...

I'm not saying (yet) which finally got my vote - enough to say that when I pick a monthly picture I take into account the month it is - and if I'd like to see that month depicted on a calendar by that pic in my kitchen Grin

One of the ones I was torn between tho was that fab pic of a clear blue sky and a plane crossing it...(SHURELY not taken in July in England Wink)...a great pic and a great 'eye' by the photographer for a stunning picture....it might not have got my vote, but I love it.

Alishka
The picture of the plane was taken in July 2007 in S Wales (therefore not in England).
Glad you liked it, it was one of those days - being in the right place at the right time.

Thanks Carole the Malards were mine.
They are German! taken on my holiday in June  Smiley

I liked the bike and it got my vote. I thought the wall and other flowers added to the atmosphere of the whole picture.

Well done  Everyone
