It's a bit of a drawn out procedure. Isn't there an easier way of doing it? Don't think i'll bother.

It's the easiest way to upload pictures on this site and it's free, can't remember if you have to register but that's no big deal if you do.

Try clicking the link above there should be a browse button click it then search your albums for your piccy, click that piccy then click open then click host, then scroll down and choose a url that suits your needs highlight it copy it and paste it on here, press the preview button on here to see if it works if not go back and select one that suits then always use that url for future posts.
