Allotments 4 All

I was wandering around the garden this evening, when I thoughtI spotted some aphids on one of my roses.  Just about to employ my complicated technic of squashing them, when I realized that they weren't aphids!!!  But tiny, weany, ickle grasshoppers!!   :o I only stopped to look cos they were a bit bigger than an aphid!! I took pic, but too small to see.  I'm not sentimental, but please check that they really are aphids before dealing with them!! They so sweet!!  Thanks Lottie  ;D

Awwww Lottie ! That sounds so sweet !! :)  Lucky you have good eyes and spared them !  I need glasses for close up and would have zapped them without realising  :'(
Thanks for the warning - In future, I will wear my glasses when inspecting my roses.  :D

Don't quite see how a Grasshopper is sweet ??? Probably do just as much damage as an Aphid

Well, haven't yet seen a post on "How to stop grasshopper damage?" Anyway, they hop, anything that hops is sweet!!! And they had a starring roll in Pinochio ......Definitely sweet.......! Lottie  ;)
