Welcome along, they are very simple to service with very few parts, it is cheapest to buy spares direct from sheen, they are in Nottingham and if you give them a ring they are very helpful 0115 927 2321. I get all my spares from them and they are around 50% cheaper than anywhere else.

Thanks Dave, I think I will be ok with the large washer that goes on the main plunger thingy but where does that small one go I have order a washer pack from ebay there is 2 lge washers and a very small o ring

Suspect it may be to sit on the pump spindle inside the cap to prevent fuel splilling out. The pump thingy should unscrew(!) to fit.

I think the small washer goes on the control tap shaft, take off the control wheel then the top nut, slide the ring on the shaft (remove old one if fitted).  :coffee2:

:BangHead:  Does anyone know how you change the non return valve the one at the bottow of the pump chamber??

hippydave

It requires a tool from sheen, you will have to give them a ring.

Use a reversed socket extension.
