Allotments 4 All

My basil has been a great success this year. I have managed to keep plants going all season in a container in  the greenhouse from one original sowing. They are still looking good  and wonder how long I can keep them going without heating and without bringing them indoors (which may not be agreeable to my wife).

Mine never really did well and started to look a bit sorry for themselves, now I know they may not be welcome indoors but what  I do is pick a bunch place in a vase and in week or two they root a treat so I have smaller living "arrangements"
