Thankyou Ancellsfarmer for the warning, going to be cold here too and I will also warn daughter, who lives not far from you (RG26) in 'warm' Hampshire.  Her strawberries on the patio are in full flower.  She is still a newish gardener and I'd hate for her to have a frost set-back.   :angel11:

Hoping to be in North Wales in the campervan over BH weekend- won't look at the forecast until nearer the time!

Same site has now moderated their forecast a little but its necessary to "be prepared". Oh the joys of working with nature, but then if it was simple, anybody could do it!

Britain is set to be battered by hail, snow and gale force winds as a "Polar plume" blows in from the North Pole this week, putting Spring firmly on hold.
