While I was was making room in the freezer for the Christmas Turkey, I found a couple of pounds of gooseberries that I froze last year, will they still be edible?

Yes, they should be fine

If not they will make a lovely jam

We've only recently finished our 2013 frozen fruit, and we've still got a couple of packs of spinach!  No problems, provided your freezer has remained nice and cold.
