Allotments 4 All

My "garlic lovers' collection" from Dobies arrived yesterday- 2 great- sized bulbs each of purple Wight, Solent Wight and Messidrome and 4 smaller Edenrose- it was supposed to be 2 of each so impressed that they gave me extra to make up for size. After the rubbish harvest I had this year I'm looking forward to better things next year!

Glad you are impressed too. I just had my garlic from them as well, though not the Garlic Lovers collection. I had Champion white and purple, huge bulbs which look lovely. I also picked Eden Rose and was a bit confused at first as they seemed to have sent too many! But like you they sent extra bulbs, I guess to make up for size as they are smaller than the Champion ones. Nice to see Dobies doubling it up, just hope they do well, rather than them not being a good variety!
