Allotments 4 All

Hi Folks, I understand that as I have been inactive for some time a few of you have been worried about me. My son on Facebook got a message from someone on A4A.

Well I am OK, so is John, however his Alzheimers has deteriorated to a level that makes it very difficult for me to get some time to do the things I used to.  I get no time to chat online anymore unless in the middle of the night and I am sorry I have neglected you all. The round robin parcel idea went out of the window sadly when John took another sudden drop in his condition before Christmas.

I hope you are all well and I often think of you, I will try to get on the forum more often but it gets so crazy round here sometimes that everything gets it's priorities and free time for me is low on the list.

But we are still; here and somehow we manage to get through each day.

PS I have never had the bill for purple podded runner beans sent to me, I did manage to sow them and they now have flowers on.

As Jayb says - so good to hear from you.    It is understandable that you are very busy with what is happening in your and John's life.  Great to hear that you are doing fine.  Drop by whenever you can.  We really missed you on A4A.

Love and hugs to you both Jeannine - even though your news is not very good it was a great relief to hear from you again and that you are coping. Hope you get a bit of time for your veggies. Keep strong my dear  .

Just to repeat what others have already said.....look after no1 and 2..and what ever time you have left to spend for other things is bonus. We are always here and available...so if and when you should feel like dropping by, do so.

Nice to hear from you Jeannine, although I am sorry that the news is not too good.  I hope you are looking after yourself and getting some help, AD is a big burden to carry. Nice to hear you can still garden though :-)
