Last year I grew a mix of  sweet corn varieties, they were all grown together to let them cross, mix and mingle. I saved seed which I then mixed up. A year on, these are the plants grown from that seed. Plants have grown well and are overall quite tall approx 7-8', a couple of short ones there too which I think are derived from the variety Jade Blue. Seems to be a fair mix of colours and cob sizes. Overall I'm pleased with the results and I picked a couple for lunch today, mmm delish. The shorter of the two cobs was sweet and tender but with a good corn taste, the longer one was very tender and sweet, with almost a fragrant hint to it. Both very tasty  :drunken_smilie:
