poorly pear

My pear tree has some brown patches on the leaves and these, very few, awful fruits.
Any suggestions and remedy for next years crop.
Nearby apples are clean and plentiful.

looks like pear scab not a lot you can for the fruit that has it now but yo can spray when flowering to prevent it.

Thanks Hippydave, I need to be tidier that's for sure. I've kept the link for reference.I hope not to spray but if all else fails next year I'll have to. :sad10:

Burn the fruit, and the leaves when they fall, and hopefully the infection won't be passed on to next year.
