Any one having trouble with skpe video calls
terrible picture and sound !!

I just hooked this up and although I can hear perfectly my son can't hear me XX Jeannine

If the internet connection is slow, Skype can have problems.  It is usually much better to switch video off when this happens.  This problem can be either end.

I find that when we have a group Skype conversation, it only works with video switched off.

But I am not a Skype expert, just an occasional user. 

No, just no sound coming from my end and I don't use the video part. XX Jeannine
