Weird question, wasn't sure where to ask this....So today I was re-potting a few things I have in the front of the house and in one container, about 6 inches down there was a whole brown egg, totally intact. It looks like a chicken's egg but is maybe a bit bigger. So weird!  The only thing I can think of is either someone is playing a joke on me or a fox possibly? Any ideas?

Not sure, but I don't think foxes lay eggs!

Have often dug up eggs on the lottie, apparently foxes are well know for it!
Why plant rows of 24 lettuces??

I've dug up a few on the lottie, always thought it was the fox's burying them.  :drunken_smilie:

One of our plot holders dug up an egg on his plot too. :wave:

Definetly a Fox

This fella never brought me an egg but he brought me lots of golf balls, trouble is I don't play golf!

He just loved getting his picture took in my back garden, a right poser he was;

Trouble is he always caused me a bit of pain as this is what he did when he buried them;

Gee you are all wrong, tis  no more than a volunteer eggplant.

I wish I had foxes, they are prettier than out coyotes!!
