Allotments 4 All

Any recommendations for shoes for working on the allotment?  I think there was a thread on here sometime ago, but I can't find it.  My soft sports supreme ones have at last given up and I can only find them on a USA site.  I bought 2 pairs at a closing down sale 30 years ago.   They have been so comfortable and I feel safe in them.  Can the ladies on here recommend some  please?

Aldi were selling a good light weight pair of ankle boots yesterday in our store (Pontypridd Branch) steel toe caps but very light would be ideal for gardening. (was looking for my son as a fishing boot) I think they were £15 which I think is a bargin have a look they just may be for you  R
