I am still running test on the new ordering system but everything seems to be going fine so far. The order delivery date was a great idea but everyone ordered them for the same week and it all became a bit too busy.

I have a simple approach this year and basically we will send them out as fast as we can in the order they were received in. I think its the fairest way. We will start in January when the weather conditions are correct so that everyone get the potatoes in the best possible condition.

It has been the most testing year ever for growing crops in general. There are massive losses all over the UK this year and we are going to be looking at shortages this year.

Lets hope next season is better for everyone.

Thanks for that and your quick email! , impressed!

I also assume once you have ordered you can be assured you will get it ?(as the was no stock numbers anymore on the site)

Indeed it has been a testing year for growing, however our earliers did ever so well ,thought kestrel were lovely grew well to,

We wont be bothering with local potato day next year as it was a right scrum and not enjoyable at all.

Cheers :)

Like anyone dealing in seed potatoes as long as the potatoes do not rot away then you should get what you order. Thats why we took so long to open up as there were still so many crops in the ground.

We could just do with 2 weeks of dry weather so that we can finish our harvest.

RenishawPhil

Well it should be cold and dry from the end of the week
