Allotments 4 All

first post from me, hello everyone!
I make quite a bit of booze, but I have just bought a bottle of mead, at a local farm shop. It was flippin gorgeous, but at £9 a bottle, would rather make my own.................... I know main ingredient is honey, but does anyone have a tried n true recipe to share? All contributions gratefully received..................

Joe's Ancient Orange Mead. Fast to ferment and drinkable quickly. You'll find the same recipe all over the internet.
