Could anyone identify the insect in this picture please.

clearest on the bottom right with two of them mating above.

Some kind of Shield bug I think.

Do they look like any of these?

Look like shield bugs to me, too  ;D

I have had a look at the shield bugs and it is a possibility or it might be a dock bug seeing it is on my rhubarb

Shield bugs, they don't do any noticeable harm.
